How long will it take to get my watch?
Watches that are in stock will be sent by Australia post on the next business day. If the address is in Australia, Delivery can be expected 3-5 business days from the date you place your order. If the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will advise you by email when it is available and has been sent.
What is the warranty on my watch?
Your W Zelezniak watch is covered by a limited 12-month warranty for defective or faulty components or manufacture. That means within 1 year of the original purchase date, if something goes wrong that wasn’t because of how it was being used, or from an accident, we will replace it for you with an equivalent watch. This warranty doesn’t cover accidental or environmental damage, the pins or the bands. If you wish to claim the warranty on your watch, you must be the original purchaser from W Zelezniak or one of our suppliers. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Once your claim has been assessed we will be in contact with you to advise of the next steps in the process. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
