How long will it take to get my watch?

 Watches that are in stock will be sent by Australia post on the next business day. If the address is in Australia, standard delivery can be expected from 3-5 business days or Express delivery will be 1-2 Business Days from the date you place your order. 
What is your change of mind policy?
Once you receive the watch, you have 30 days to decide if it’s right for you, as we want you to feel happy with your watch.

If you wish to return it, please send us an email with your order # and reason, and we’ll reply back in 1 business day, and we’ll send you the instructions to provide you a hassle-free return! Return postage is at your expense.

What is the warranty on my watch?

Your W Zelezniak watch is covered by a limited 24-month warranty for defective or faulty components or manufacture. That means within 24 months of the original purchase date, if something goes wrong that wasn’t because of how it was being used, or from an accident, we will replace it for you with an equivalent watch or offer a Full Refund. 
This warranty doesn’t cover accidental or environmental damage, the pins or the bands. If you wish to claim the warranty on your watch, you must be the original purchaser from W Zelezniak. You will also need to provide proof of purchase. Once your claim has been assessed we will be in contact with you to advise of the next steps in the process. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
The faulty Watch would need to be returned to
PO BOX 348 Kingswood NSW 2747 at your own cost.
